Improving the Leadership, Management and Enterprise skills of the UK workforce is widely recognised as a key ingredient in enhancing the competitive profile of UK businesses.
The Coventry and Warwickshire Lifelong Learning Network is working across the four sector areas, and beyond, to define:

• The range of Leadership, Management and Enterprise learning opportunities available in the Coventry and Warwickshire sub-region;
• The requirements of local employers in respect to the development of managers and supervisory staff;
• Alternative ways of delivering training courses with the primary aim of minimising the disruption for both employees and employers.
